We are a Greenville-based real estate development company with deep local roots and a clear vision:

Build What Matters

TMC combines disciplined execution with creative deal-making to deliver projects that strengthen communities and create long-term value. Our work spans land development, strategic partnerships, adaptive reuse, value-add investments, and consulting — always guided by the principles that define us.

Built on Reliability We follow through on commitments—on time, every time.

Powered by Grit Challenges are inevitable; perseverance is optional. We choose perseverance.

Driven by Ownership We act like owners because we are, taking accountability from start to finish.

Work with Joy, Deliver with Pride We enjoy the process and take pride in results done well.

Create Value Together We measure success by the impact we create for our clients, partners, and team.

Why TMC?

With over $250 million in combined development experience, a track record across multiple asset classes, and deep ties to the Upstate, TMC is positioned to deliver strong outcomes for capital partners and clients alike. Investors trust us because we combine local knowledge, disciplined execution, and a values-driven approach—ensuring that every project is built on reliability, powered by grit, and focused on creating lasting value.

Partners

While Michael Short managed projects, and Michael Roth brokered deals at NAI Earle Furman, it didn’t take long to see how their strengths fit together. Short’s ability to bring order and results to complex developments, and Roth’s vision for creative deal-making made them more effective together. What began as a co-worker collaboration grew into a partnership, and eventually a company built on trust and a shared vision.

Team

Not only are we proud of the work we do but we’re proud of the team behind our work.
