A Greenville native and Clemson University graduate, Sam Macfie brings energy and precision to TMC Development’s projects across the Upstate. He earned his degree in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management with minors in Business Administration and Athletic Leadership, interning with NAI Earle Furman and gaining early experience in brokerage and development before joining TMC.

At TMC, Sam focuses on land development and site selection, supporting projects ranging from single-family neighborhoods to multifamily communities. His attention to detail and passion for the region’s growth make him a key part of moving projects from concept to reality.

Sam recently married his high school sweetheart, Julia — also a Greenville native — and together they’re deeply invested in the future of the community they’ve always called home.
